Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Moon Studio pieces as much as we love creating them. Each item is thoughtfully designed in small batches using responsibly sourced fabrics. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• With tags attached

• Returned in original packaging

Please include your order number or receipt so we can locate your order quickly.

Return Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

A 10% restocking fee (up to $10 USD) will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and restocking costs.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color (subject to availability).
To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
